Well you could spend $6,500 to $15,000 and get the new yamaha Myroom II. This is a small little room which is about big enough for a small desk and a chair with you in it. It is used to get extra privacy and cut out the noise of anything basically. If you are trying to get away from someone who is making noise put them into the room! This is currently only available in japan. Uhm but instead of this couldn't we just get noise canceling headphones?
