Hourglasses are classic, I remember this little plastic one my old dentist used to have and he used flip it over and say "by the time its all at the bottom you can leave." I was always waiting for it to finish, but he was always faster then the hourglass. Anyways, a company in Thailand going on the concept that 'time is precious' created the world's most expensive hourglass. Instead of sand in the compartments there are 10,000 carats of diamonds! It costs just a little less than EIGHT MILLION CAD!
