In many businesses you need to follow conduct codes, and rules and act in a way that is not you. The main word is act, you are not being yourself you are acting to be someone who you want to represent as you. The cool thing about the creative industry is that you can be yourself and don't have to act like anyone your not. You need to be yourself because that is what you are selling, yourself. People know when you are not being yourself, and they don't respect it. But the funny thing is that for some people its hard to be them selves because they think that others will judge them. It happens to all of us, we act like someone we aren't so we can fit into a group.
This industry straightens you up and teaches you that there is nothing better then being yourself, but the bigger thing it teaches you is how to respect others for being themselves. When you are yourself you will feel more comfortable and will be more open and outgoing because you will not care what others think as much.

So basically what I am trying to say is; be yourself. Don't try to act like something you are not, because people know. Relax, and enjoy life the way you want to. There are always going to be haters out there in the world, give them the dirtiest look you can and walk away. Be yourself, live life to its fullest and just let loose. -Vaiz.
