Teamwork | Akbar&Fahmad

Teamwork, is vital for anything that involves more then one person. It makes life easier and it is the thing that separates us from the apes (Always wanted to say that). In the business Akbar and I get along for the most part, but like in most partnerships sometimes we step on each others toes, and get on each others nerves. But the important thing is how we deal with it. We know each other well, and understand that we must respect each other. When there is a misunderstanding, we step back and look at everything and talk it out. There is no reason why we need to fight over petty things, because they lead to larger arguments. If there is a problem we bring it up, and solve it.
We are young partners in this adventure, and we need to stick by each others side. My grandpa is one of the most wise person I know. The first time I did something stupid (I wont tell you, yet) he said:

"I know you understand what you did wrong and that is good. But remember that it takes years to grow a nice healthy tree, but only seconds to cut it down. When you say something in rage, you can't take it back and it has more of a lasting affect then saying something when you are calm."

I keep what he says close to my mind and heart because his advice has helped me a lot through my life. Partnerships are hard, and they have many cons for some people. But we are lucky that in our partnership the pros outweigh the cons. You guys need to remember that when there are two people you need to equally respect each others opinions. This journey has only just started and Akbar&Fahmad have more then just themselves as partners, we have you as well! So buckle up guys, this is going to be a long ride!
