WWF | Earth Hour

Highlight to read.
The blog turned off the lights, and so should you! Today at 8:30 where ever you are in the world turn off the lights, TV, and anything else that uses power. Then you can turn it back on at 9:30, only an hour. Last year around 1,000,000 homes in the GTA turned off their electricity. Lets try to make it 2,000,000 in the GTA this time. Check the Earth hour site for more information. This was Toronto last year in earth hour:
The lights are on again tomorrow morning. You can follow me on twitter, and see what I am up to during earthhour, I willl be using a unplugged laptop so I guess it counts. Or check what anyone is up to on twitter here.

Avanti | Layout

Well as you guys already know we got wider a long time ago, and now we got shorter. We used to have 13 posts (Akbar's lucky number) and now we have 7 posts (my lucky number). We did this so you guys don't have so much to scroll through and it makes it look a bit nicer and compact, which is good. But now the blog is a bit stubby we are short and fat, but that is how the girls like it. Anyways hope you guys like it!

Updates

Yes this is another one of those sorry excuses of a post where I tell you that I can't update for a while. This week is VERY crammed and I need to do well this week. So because of all this, I can't post until friday afternoon. But I know you guys want some cool stuff so check out my twitter. I will be posting stuff, and my normal tweets so you guys will get a 'mini blog' experience. Sorry if any of you are very disappointed by this! But check the twitter, and if you don't have one MAKE ONE! It is really cool, and addictive. So once again, see you on Friday afternoon!

-Sorry, Vaiz

Valentines Day

Today is the day, where the flower shops are full, restaurants booked, chocolatiers are working overtime, and idiots are running around looking for teddy bears. I personally think that this day is just a marketing scam so the stores don't feel the after Christmas slow down, or the recession that much. They want to get people into their stores scrambling for a $20.00 box of chocolates, which will be $5.00 on Monday. But anyways, people are telling me that love is in the air, so go live your lovely lives.

Happy Valentines

They are now wider!
We will be able to show bigger pictures, and the video's will be bigger as well!

<--------------------------------AVANTI KNOWS SIZE MATTERS---------------------------------->

Happy New years.

This year has been fun and horrible all at the same time, the economy starting to crash, barrack elected, the talks of Canadian coalition, talks of new driving laws, 808s & heartbreaks, Universal Mind control, HOW CAN SHE SLAP! touchscreens, GLOBAL WARMING, JAY-Z and Beyonce, Heath ledgers's Death AND A LOT MORE!
There was also the start of this blog, and the company that was formed out of it. The next year will be hard we know it, but we need to go through it right?

We just need to keep it cool, and hope for the BEST!

We will be releasing THE AVANTI UNLEASHED next year.
At least now you have one thing to look forward to next year.

Shopping

Today, I went to the mall to just walk around and try to catch some deals. I noticed two themes in almost every single store:
1) NO PEOPLE! - the stores were 'dead', It may have been that I went late, but compared to last year there was no one in the stores and the people that were in the stores were not buying anything!
2) There were a lot of sales! No complains here, but there were so many, sales like 60% off. And sales you would expect on boxing day!

For people who think we are safe and are not being affected by a recession, they are ignorant and are living under a rock! Hold on to the cash people, except for when you are buying Avanti Stuff!

Try this!

Ok, so facts prove that many of you on this blog have a little something that is sweeping the world called Facebook! Now we have a cool thing that you guys can do on Facebook!
