The Ohio knitting mills has been around since 1928! They used to be the some of the best sweater manufacturers in the states in their prime. They did something that some people didn't think about at that time, they stored some of the sweaters they made from the post-WWII era. So this is true dead-stock. You can find some true vintage wear made in the 50s or 60s. This is one of the best ideas ever. They prices go from $110 up to $185 CAD. COP IT

This house is awesome, it is so modern yet has been erected since 1961. It looks like a home that would be in the norm 30 years from now! I think that is why it is so appealing to me its just not normal, its like the vaiz of the house world. Its 3800 square feet but has over 8 acres of land. It is for sale right now and is going for 3.3 million CAD. The coolest thing is this house has its own website where people can check about info on the house and get pictures. Anyone want to let me borrow 3.3 million? (Maybe I could get a government bailout, Akbar get on it!) COP IT

This shoe was inspired by Alexander Mcqueen's clothing line, and by the human anatomy. The shoes are definitely 'blingin' but they keep it low profile so you are not the one responsible for lighting up the dance floor. They have a subtle aproach to metalic colours and that is why I think they are so nice. They are going for $377.00 CAD. COP IT

The How Tie

You can no longer be excused for saying you do not know how to wear a tie, because the instructions are ON the tie! I wouldn't recommend this for anything formal, but its cool as a casual tie. COP IT

This may be the reason I purchase a PS3 and a copy of Guitar Hero. This is awesome, it has removable face plates, and dedicated buttons. Even if I don't buy a PS3 I might buy this guitar and put it on the wall in my office, when we get an office. Its 89.99

The best part is that it is going into production, it isn't only a concept but a real thing that the public can buy later this year!
