Dell | Adamo

A while ago apple released the macbook air which they said was the thinest laptop in the world. Dell has been pushed around for a while and they decided to push back with their new Dell Adamo. The laptop they claim is the thinnest in the world. The screen is the same size as the air, and it has all those connections and ports you would expect from a 'luxury' laptop. But unlike the air it has a CD drive and has more ports then the air. It comes in a pearl or onyx colourway. They start at $2500.00 CAD. COP IT

Lasonic | Boombox

This is a great Ipod enabled boombox from lasonic. It looks like a retro boombox, but it is just as advanced as a boombox from today. The cassette deck, is false and that is where the ipod goes. It has a lot of features like a deck of today. But I think that it may have that 'cheap plastic' feel to it. It comes in black as well as white, and costs around $150.00 CAD. COP IT

Philips W-I-D-EScreen

Most HD TV's have a ratio of 16:9 which means that for every 16 inches wide its 9 inches tall. This TV is 21:9 which means for every 21 inches wide its nine inches tall. Its called the Philips Cinema 21:9 and is the worlds first TV with such a wide display. The reason it is so wide is so that when you watch a movie, you will not have the annoying black boxes at the bottom and top, without ruining the resolution! Will be released later this year, in europe. No price.

LG | Watch Phone

This is the 3G watch phone from LG. It has a 1.4 inch TOUCH screen, a video-enabled camera, and a speaker! The best part is that it is going into production, it isn't only a concept but a real thing that the public can buy later this year! It also includes a MP3 player, video calling, text messaging, and text to speech AND IT MAKES PHONE CALLS! I wonder how text messaging will work, and you guys thought the iphone was revolutionary PSHHH!

World's Thinest Plasma T.V

This is the Panasonic NeoPDP, it was debuted at CES which is a trade show in LA. It is only 1/3 of an inch thick!AMAZING!
There is rumor that other T.V makers such as Samsung, or sharp will release thinner T.V's aswell.
No news on price or release date.

Iphone Coffe TABLE!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Attack of the Iphone fan boys! Okay guys, I understand that the iphone is a very cool gadget and that it comes in handy, but I think that we are obsessed with it and that all iphones need to be eliminated. This table is designed by Tuan Nguyen and it is actually useful. You can use the icon's as coasters!
This is still a little too much for me.

A minimalists computer!

Ok so when you have a computer there is the basics right, like the CPU, ram a hard-drive and the motherboard right? Well this computer has none of those! So if doesn't have those things is it really a computer?
All this does is works off of your server through an ethernet cable! It doesn't have anything other then a VGA port for your monitor, a USB, and some audio in/out jacks!
I think this is awesome and it will start a whole new type of 'computer'.

Cold drink, anyone?

Ever wanted to have a cool can of pop while working on your laptop or computer but to lazy to get up and get some? Well what about a USB powered mini fridge! It can hold only one can of pop at a time but it gets pretty cold very fast and looks like a fridge as well!

Dumb!

Ok one thing I am definite of is that people DO NOT want to mix water and their tech gadgets! You want to keep your phone, and ipod or MP3 as far from water as you can right? So the designers of this dumb water bottle, kind of forgot about that. They thought it would be smart to attach your expensive gadgets to your water bottle! It has an indent in the bottle and a rubber band type strap that holds your stuff!

CEO of Yahoo stepping down!

Jerry yang who is the CEO and the co-founder of web company, yahoo has told us that he will be stepping down. To sum it up he is just tired and needs to go. He has only been CEO for one year and has made some weird decisions. And then there was the offers from Microsoft to purchase yahoo. So get your resumes ready and send them over!

New Portable Panasonic ipod/iphone charger!

Ok so you have been walking around with your ipod and you have your music blasting then all of a sudden the ipod dies, you try to put it on again and it tells you it needs charging. Now its useless until you can get home and charge it or until you pull out your laptop and charge it. Not any more!
Panasonic released this new pocket sized charger, so what you do it plug the charger into your ipod and it will charge it for you! There are rechargeable batteries in the box that only take an hour to charge and you are set to go!
You can not get it in Canada or the states yet but it sells for around $40.00 in Japan!

New HD flip camcorder!

Many of you may have seen someone with these camcorders. They are very popular because of how cheap they are. Flip has now released a HD version now, it is called the minoHD. It records in 720p which is not full HD but is still considered HD and is much better then regular camcorders. They will be selling for $230 USD, you can get them here.
